Today we're out taking a look at our newest project, where we're representing SH Design on the building of 20 home house lot packages out at the new property in St. Augustine called Ocean Ridge.

This place is drop-dead gorgeous; an 8,000-square foot, four-acre setting on the water. It has more of a boutique-type of feel to it, and holds up to 230 people. We'd love for you to stop by and check the place out. The community is really excited about the renovations that have been done.
